If you haven’t yet heard Pluto doesn’t care about fairness or balance or even being happy well you’ve come to the right place! You could say Pluto’s brand of caring is tough love-learning through titanic experiences. It know what you know and don’t know and knows how to bring it directly to your doorstep and there is no running away.
Pluto doesn’t teach lessons. That’s Saturn’s role. You can’t prepare for Pluto lessons the way you can for Saturn. There’s also no karmic judgment at the end of a Pluto transit, it’s just over-until the next time. In between then and now after Pluto purifies you there is a distilling period where you reflect and integrate. You may be stunned or lost only to find yourself in a different perspective.
Pluto asks you to surrender, to let go. Let change happen, whether it’s constructive or destructive. Pluto doesn’t ask for your interactivity, it just drops its bombs and missiles which are perfectly tailored to what your soul needs to transform deeply, almost surgical in it approach that helps you transform in deeply profound way. Pluto is here to show you that control is an illusion.
If you resist its lessons, the themes tend to keep repeating, often in harsher ways. Pluto transits are about deep transformation — facing fears, releasing control, and letting go of what no longer serves you. If you ignore the signs and keep holding onto toxic patterns, relationships, or mindsets, Pluto will keep throwing challenges at you until you break and evolve. It’s like trying to outrun your own shadow — you might think you’ve escaped, but the same situations will pop up in different forms until you face them. The sooner you lean into Pluto’s energy, the less destructive it has to be.
Pluto can be devastating and deadly no matter what you do to survive. The best way to get through Pluto transits is to cultivate courage and inner strength. These transits are like the Hero’s journey through the underworld – they fight the demons, monsters, and take the challenge. Afterwards they are always rewarded with something. The Hero cannot return to the past and must face the trial alone. There is no avoiding. Pluto makes sure of that.
Pluto can focus on the soul through the persons lifetimes. One of the primary karmic lessons of Pluto is the necessity of embracing transformation, specifically generation healing and transformation. Pluto’s energy is about breaking down old structures and patterns that no longer serve us, allowing for rebirth and renewal. This process often involves facing intense challenges, crises, and upheavals that force us to let go of the past and evolve.
Pluto’s energy requires us to confront our shadow self—the parts of our psyche and soul that we may deny, repress, or fear. These hidden aspects often hold the key to our deepest fears, desires, and unresolved traumas. They can also bind us to our three dimensional comforts and prevent us from our karmic growth. Pluto’s spiritual lessons involve bringing these shadows to light and integrating them into our conscious awareness.
Embrace the transformative journey and trust that each challenge and crisis is an opportunity for profound healing and empowerment.
Pluto takes no prisoners BUT he always gives us nudges along the way. When we need to learn a lesson from Pluto there are always clues and insights along the way, but as Pluto’s lessons so often relate to things that we don’t want to change or can’t understand why we need to change, we often choose to ignore those nudges and so Pluto will eventually rip the rug out from under your feet and force you to face what you are running from and/or start all over again. It is Pluto’s job to get us to see where and why we can remain stuck in our own slave mentality and once we become aware of this, it is his job to help us to transform that energy into mastership.
